Digital X rays

We believe that in order to offer our clients the very best in modern dentistry it is important to have the best that dental technology can offer. Each of our treatment rooms is equipped with digital X Ray technology. The advantage of these systems is that the X ray dosage emitted when we take X rays of your teeth is far less than with conventional X rays. The other main benefit is that a digital X ray is instant. We can show it to you on the in surgery monitor within seconds of taking the X ray. It saves time and we can speed up diagnosis.

Intra Oral Cameras

Our surgeries are equipped with the latest camera technology from Europe. We can show you a picture of your teeth on the surgery monitor, and we can even give you an instant print of the picture which you can take away with you to look at when you return home.  A picture of your teeth gives you a better idea of what you smile looks like to another person.

Imaging Technology

We are always looking for new ideas to help you better understand your teeth and smile, so we are proud to introduce a new computer system which will allow us to alter the images of your teeth, so we can give you an idea of how your teeth could look after for example some crowns or veneers.

Endodontic Technology

At the Hunts Cross Dental Centre we are fortunate enough to be able to offer specialist endodontic (root filling) services. We have two and shortly to become three in centre endodontists who deal with referrals from outside dentists throughout the North of England. Our endodontic facilities have the most modern systems for carrying out endodontic treatment, each room is equipped with an operating microscope to aid this process.
